CANCELLED TRAINING
Please note that due to a fashion show being held at the Hereford cathedral School on FRIDAY 24TH there will be NO TRAINING THAT NIGHT.
Make lesson
Little dragons and Junior karate can attend the lesson on 23rd 5.45pm at the Cathedral to make up for the lose.
Adults and Brown and Black belts I have add and extra 30 minutes to thursdays session to make up.
Dont forget the grading on the 25th june.

SAMURAI KARATE GRADING
The next karate grading for central Dojo will be on
SATURDAY- 25th JUNE 2011
The karate grading will be held at two seperate locations:
Hereford Leisure Centre
0915am - LITTLE DRAGONS =
The 6th Form College, Foley Lane, Hfd
1.00pm - JUNIOR KARATE (beginner to including blue stripe)
2.30pm - JUNIOR KARATE (Blue belt and above)
Please check your karate licence

SAMURAI SQUAD TRAINING
Hi everyone,
The karate Squad training scheduled for the 26th JUNE will be held at HEREFORD LEISURE CENTRE 10am - 3pm please bring your sparring equipment, drinks!, karate kata & karate Kumite gi's plus t shirts etc for fitness test.
The training will be 4 x 1 hour mobules with plenty of breaks in between so dont worry about the extended hours.
The training fee will be £10
