Hi everyone,
The karate Squad training scheduled for the 26th JUNE will be held at HEREFORD LEISURE CENTRE 10am - 3pm please bring your sparring equipment, drinks!, karate kata & karate Kumite gi's plus t shirts etc for fitness test.
The training will be 4 x 1 hour mobules with plenty of breaks in between so dont worry about the extended hours.
The training fee will be £10
